"Use your God-given gifts to serve others." 1 Peter 4: 10
Children in years 2 to 6 have an exciting Spanish lesson each week taught by our specialist teachers, Gaston and Cristian. They have been learning how to greet each other and ask simple questions as well as how to count to 10 or 20 in Spanish. The games and songs that Cristian and Gaston have taught have been a particular highlight for many children.
Learning another language is hugely beneficial for our children. Not only is it enjoyable but it helps them to develop their language skills in English, to develop their thinking skills and their social skills. Young children are more open to learning a new language with new sounds and words so the earlier they start the better!
Your child will really benefit from practising Spanish at home. Below are some links to help.
