Citizens Advice Birmingham offers advice on a wide range of issues to anyone living in the Birmingham area.
Their service is free of charge, confidential, independent and impartial.
They offer advice and support with the following.

- Other problems
- Benefits appeals, tribunals
- Universal credit, help to claim
- Disability Living Allowance
- Carers Allowance
We host a drop in service for families of St John's to meet with a representative from the Citizens Advice Bureau. Call or drop into the school office to arrange a time.
