This week we are looking at different ways to present and interpret data or information (statistics).

Monday: Draw a bar chart activity

Then all groups complete the activity. You need a dice or you can use this online dice: https://www.random.org/dice/?num=1 You need to roll it 30 times and record and then present your information.

Go to BGFL, shared files, click on your class folder, click on the file Mon Bar Charts Dice Maths for the task and link to the bar chart template on Jit5. Remember to click save after you have finished your bar chart and tally chart on Jit5.

Challenge: Make your own smarties bar chart! Go to BGFL, shared files, click on your class folder, then the file called Smartie Bar Chart Challenge for the task instructions. Can you present this as a bar chart on Jit5? Go to BGFL, Jit5, chart tab, click on the green folder, click on the shared files tab and then click on the file Smartie Bar Chart Challenge for the template (you can print it or complete and save it on Jit5).
