Foodbank
Sparkhill Foodbank is run by people who believe that nobody in the community should have to face going hungry. They provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in crisis. They are supported by The Trussell Trust, which is an organisation that works to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
Each year during our harvest celebrations, St John's School collects food to donate to the foodbank. It is part of our service to the local community.
