We know that over the next few weeks, things are doing to be difficult for lots of our children and families. Some are feeling really excited about coming back to school, but others are anxious. When things are difficult, music can sometimes help to calm you, reassure you or even 'speak' to you. Songs have lyrics that people find comforting as they say what you might be feeling inside when you can't explain it yourself.

Over the next few weeks we will look at songs which might help us. Today we have music from the American pop band Panic! At the Disco. The first song will inspire you to aim high, think you can do it and write your own future for yourself. The second song is a version taken from the Frozen II soundtrack (not the actual version in the film). It is to make you smile as lots of people are currently feeling like they are going in to the unknown....
