  1. LO: To use precise vocabulary

In this lesson, we are going to create a word bank by generating different nouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs to use in our writing.

2. LO: To practise and apply knowledge of compound words, including test

In this lesson, we will practise and apply our knowledge of compound words. We will learn how to practise using the spot the syllable strategy.

Wednesday

3. LO: To orally explain a process

In this lesson, we will practise retelling the process of honey orally. You will practise using the precise vocabulary and sentence starters you have learnt already and then put all this into two written sentences at the end.

In this lesson, we will write a plan, using our word bank and sequencing pictures to help us.

The Chinese New Year of 2021 falls on Friday 12th February. 2021 is a Year of the Ox according to Chinese zodiac.
