Hall Green Community
The school works closely with Hall Green Families to offer Early Help and support to those families in need.
Hal Green Families & Early Help teams work across Moseley and Kings Heath, Sparkhill, Sparkbrook, Balsall Heath and Hall Green. They support children, young people and families through:
- Sharing information and connecting people to local services, community groups and activities (the aim is to make it easier for people to get the support they need near to where they live – find our Family Support Directory on our Resources page)
- Providing support and guidance through telephone support, email and social media
- Strengthening community capacity to support Early Help through training and Early Help Assessments
- Connecting families to extra support via the Family Connect approach
- Co-ordinating Emergency Food Assistance grants of £100 per families in need with children, and the distribution of the Government’s Household Support Fund grants of up to £200 per household facing hardship.
