If you are struggling during lockdown, there is help available from the City Council for:

- Mental Health Support
- Financial Assistance
- Domestic Abuse
- Early Help

There is:
- an online parenting course
- Mental health support
- Financial help

- Problems with drugs or alcohol
- Bereavement support
- Early Help for Families.
