Staff Covid Rates
Dear Parents,
I hope this email finds you well.
I want to let you know that throughout the last two weeks, many of the staff have caught Covid. We have managed to redeploy staff and keep all of our classes open, but tomorrow we are out of options and we are having to shut the nursery. To give you an idea of the scale of the problem, we have 11 staff off with Covid today. We have rung staffing agencies, but there is nobody available to cover the classes that we need.
To help us, please do not send your children to school if they have any of the symptoms of Covid. Keep them at home and do a Lateral Flow Test. If there is someone in your house with Covid, please use a Lateral Flow Test on your child every morning for a week and only bring them to school if the test is negative.
Hopefully we will be over the worst of it this week, and nursery will reopen on Monday. I will of course keep you informed as the situation develops over the weekend.
