Managing Money Event

Dear Parents/ Carers,

 

I have received the following information from the Hall Green Families & Early Help Team, and I thought I would pass it on to you:

 

Hall Green Families’ next event explores all things MONEY. Protecting our finances is vital but understanding it & knowing what to do with it & when is even more important - not only for ourselves but for our families and service users, too. We will be joined by Advance Credit Union, the Illegal Money Lending Team (Stop Loan Sharks) and Smartlyte, who will be discussing:

 

  • Awareness around the dangers of loan sharks & how to recognise loan shark behaviour.
  • How to access safe and efficient banking and borrowing.
  • Support for vulnerable families facing financial struggles.

We will also be holding a Q&A, where you will be able to ask all the questions you may have!
