Dear Parents
Have your financial circumstances changed recently? Please read the following information:
Free School Meals.
You may be eligible to claim free school meals for your child if you get one of the following:
- Income support
- Income-based Jobseeker Allowance
- Support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
- Working Tax Credit run-on (paid for the 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)
- The guaranteed element of State Pension Credit
- Universal Credit
If you think your child may be eligible, please email school to enquiry@st-johns-pri.bham.sch.uk both parents Full Name, National Insurance Number and Date of Birth if you have not already given us this information by tomorrow 12pm. Your details will be put on the Free School Meal checking system.
If the system says you are eligible, we will notify you and arrange to order a £15 supermarket voucher (per child per week).
