Christmas Week Lunch for Children who have Packed Lunch or Home Dinners
Dear Parents/Carers,
During Christmas week commencing 14th December we would like to encourage the children who normally bring sandwiches or go home to have school lunches for the last 4 days of term. This is different from what we usually do and so is the menu, please see attached. It would be a great opportunity for the children to enjoy the festivities during these trying times. We cannot cater for just the one Christmas dinner day.
If you would like your child to have dinners for that week we will set a payment option on Parent Mail to pay for four days which will be £9.40. We would appreciate you paying this by no later than the 9th December, to allow us time to count our numbers and order in the required food. School closes at 12pm on 18th December for the 2 week Christmas holidays, so there will be no lunches served on the last day.
If your child would like to have lunches for that week, payment of £9.40 to be paid on Parent Mail>Payments>Shop>Select Payment and Proceed to Payment, needs to be made NO LATER than 11th December.
