Challenges: pungent, uncouth, relentless, obnoxious, perseverance, counteract 

Make sure you look them up in a dictionary (such as this one: https://kids.britannica.com/kids/browse/dictionary) to check you understand the meaning – then put them into a sentences to prove that you do!
