All About Me

This term our theme is All About Me. We have been thinking about how we are all really special in lots of different ways. This week we have made clay divas to celebrate Diwali, painted pictures of ourselves and people in our families and explored different ways of making firework pictures.

We really enjoyed doing floor writing for the first time during ‘Motor Move It’. This will really help our fine motor development!

Well done children!

5A's trip to Mary Arden's House

5A had a fantastic day at Mary Arden’s house in Stratford. We dressed as Tudor children for the day. In the morning, we made bread using an open fire, made herb bundles, painted a Tudor wall hanging and did some Tudor Weaving. In the afternoon,, we watched butter being made by hand, did some Tudor dancing and watched some falconry. It was amazing!
